- Executive summary – Objective, mission, keys to success
- Company Summary – Ownership, location, facilities
- Service / products – What solutions, technology, Competitive comparison,
- Market analysis-Targets markets, Marketing needs, trends, growth, competition, etc
- Web plan Summary – Business model, marketing strategy, development requirements, front end, back end, traffic forecast, etc
- Management Summary – The team, org -structures, skills
- Financial Plan – What it will Cost, focus, break even analysis, etc

It is indeed a nice post. It would be more helpful if you can provide nice business plan samples too. I use Pao Alto’s Business Plan Pro software to prepare business plans for my clients.

Thank you Patel, I also use the Palo Altos software to develop business plan. I cannot redistribute their sample plans online, so I will have to write one.
